How to Set Up Guest Manager for Curbside

    1. With an iPad, go to the App Store and download the CAKE Guest Manager app OR (in a pinch) you can use the web version of Guest Manager on a computer.

    2. Sign up for a 30-day trial account on the Guest Manager login page.

    3. Log into your Control Center (or use in-app settings where available) and enable “Order Pickup Mode.”

    4. Edit your Order Received, Order Ready, and Order Thank You messages (e.g. “Welcome to {venue_name}. We’ll text you when your order is ready! Please park in the curbside pickup area and stay in your car.”)

    5. Once enabled, use the Order Pickup Icon (takeout box) at top right to navigate to the Order Pickup screen.
