Guest receives a confirmation text with a link to download The List app, where they can track their progress in line and view your menu.

Customizing Your Waitlist
Sort by party size to more easily manage your list and keep your tables turning.
Apply party status colors to signify if a party would like to sit outside, is incomplete, or is a regular customer.
Enable call ahead seating to allow your guests to add themselves to your waitlist, directly from their phones.
Predictive Wait Times
Take control of your data to get more guests into your restaurant. After a month of usage, the app will start providing suggested estimates based on historical data. These predictive wait times are much more accurate than the traditional ‘best guess’ from the host.
Turn Returning Guests Into Regulars
With Guest Profiles, you can easily identify returning guests, view their preferences, birthdays and more. Hosts can even add notes to customer profiles on the fly.
